Who You'll Be Talking To

Every project at Rocky Mountain Plaques is assigned a project manager who stays with it from the first phone call through delivery. That person answers your pricing questions, walks your wording and artwork over to the design team, watches the production schedule against your dedication date, and tells you when the crate ships. You won't be handed off to a queue or asked to re-explain your project to someone new.

What We Can Help With

• Pricing a project. Give us a size, a material, and roughly how much text, and we can usually quote it the same business day. A detailed quote request gets you a written price plus a free design proof.
• Choosing bronze or aluminum. Outdoors and permanent favors bronze; interiors and tighter budgets often favor aluminum. Our side-by-side comparison covers it, and we're glad to talk it through.
• Matching an existing plaque. Adding to a donor wall or replacing a damaged marker? Send photos and dimensions and we'll match the lettering, border, and finish as closely as the original allows.
• Deadlines. If a ceremony date is already set, call rather than email. We'll confirm whether standard or rush production makes it and hold a slot in the schedule.
• Installation. Not sure what your wall is made of or who mounts it? Our mounting guide covers the four common surfaces, and the right hardware ships with your plaque.
