What to Include in Your Request
The more you can tell us up front, the closer the first quote lands to the final number. None of it is required — if all you have is a deadline and a rough idea, send that and we'll work it out together.
- Your wording. Type it exactly as you want it cast, including names, dates, and titles. Spelling on a proof is the one thing we can't fix after casting.
- Size. An approximate width and height is enough. See bronze and aluminum size tiers for pricing ranges before you decide.
- Material and finish. Bronze for outdoor and permanent installations, aluminum when budget matters more than longevity. Our material comparison lays out the trade-offs.
- Artwork. Logos, seals, and photos are included at no extra charge. Vector files reproduce best, but we routinely work from a clean photograph or scan.
- Your date. Tell us if there's a dedication ceremony, memorial service, or grand opening. Standard production is three to four weeks after proof approval; rush schedules are available.
- Where it's going. Concrete, brick, drywall, stone, or a freestanding post — this determines which mounting hardware ships with your plaque.

You see exactly what your plaque will look like — layout, lettering, border, background texture, and finish — before any money changes hands, and revisions are free until you're happy with it. Nothing enters production without your written approval.
