Rush service is often available: 14 business days (add 25% to total cost) or 7 business days (add 50% to total cost). Please check with your project manager to confirm rush availability for your project.

Our project managers act as your liaison to our design team. Call or email us your ideas, then send your text, photos, and logos. We keep refining the design with you until you are pleased and ready to sign off on the proof.

Yes — the image reproduction process is remarkable. The more detail you can provide, the better the final product. We prefer high-resolution artwork, but our design team coordinates with you to make the best of whatever files you have.

We can work with most file formats — common ones are .jpg, .png, .tiff, .gif, .ai, .eps, .pdf, and .psd. The ideal resolution is 300 dpi or greater, but our art department can work with 72 dpi files.
